The Software Engineer will design, develop, and support advanced software systems for space telescope and laser platforms within EOS's Space Systems division. This role focuses on delivering high-performance, reliable, and scalable software that enables precision space observation, tracking, and laser operations. Working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, the role contributes across the full software lifecycle, including development, integration, testing, and deployment, ensuring systems meet the demands of mission-critical observatory and space applications. The position requires strong technical capability, adaptability to complex problem domains, and the ability to deliver robust solutions both independently and collaboratively within small, high-performing teams.
Primary duties: Design, develop, integrate, and maintain high-performance software systems supporting space telescope and laser operations, ensuring reliable and efficient functionality through rigorous testing, system verification, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
