Rural Fencing & Contracting Labourer

ClearAg is looking for a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our small team based in Strath Creek.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not an 88-day working holiday position and no accommodation is available.

About the role

This is a hands on outdoor position working on rural fencing and agricultural contracting projects across North Central Victoria.

Duties may include:

• Rural fencing installation, repairs and maintenance

• Posts, wire, gates and stays

• Timber post and rail fencing

• Welding and fabrication

• Using hand and power tools

• Spraying

• Occasional livestock and mustering work

No fencing or agricultural experience is required. We're happy to train the right person. Reliability, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has valid Australian work rights

• Is reliable, punctual and motivated

• Is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Is willing to learn and work safely

• Works well in a small team

• Holds a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Experience in fencing, construction, landscaping, farming, welding or other hands-on trades is advantageous but not essential.
