About the role

Join us at an exciting time of growth and transformation. As our Business Analyst, you’ll connect the dots between business goals and smart technology solutions—helping teams move faster, work smarter and deliver better outcomes.

You’ll partner closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to understand objectives, map and improve processes, define clear requirements, and support the successful delivery of change initiatives that create measurable business value.

This is a full-time position until June 2028 based at our West Footscray office.

What you’ll be doing

• Drive discovery with stakeholders to understand goals, pain points and opportunities, translating needs into clear problem statements.
• Facilitate workshops and 1:1 sessions to elicit, refine and validate requirements, aligning diverse stakeholders to a shared outcome.
• Scope and shape improvements across products, systems and processes—supporting enhancements, integrations and new capabilities end to end.
• Produce high-quality BA artefacts (business and functional requirements, process maps, user journeys, acceptance criteria) to guide delivery and testing.
• Enable successful rollout through change support—UAT coordination, training materials, communications and adoption—while keeping delivery on track to timelines.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modelling.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented.
• Experience working within complex or multi-system environments (ERP, Finance, Risk, Property, Marketing, and other enterprise platforms highly regarded).
