Patient Marketing Manager-7 month Maternity Cover Contract

Develop and execute patient marketing strategies and campaigns to drive patient acquisition, engagement and retention across Our Medical and Our Sage. Manage CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing across the Salesforce ecosystem, including audience segmentation, customer journeys, automation and personalised communications. Implement the planning and execution of local area marketing campaigns to support centre growth, healthcare professional onboarding and new centre launches. Develop and manage patient-focused content across key touchpoints, including websites, email, SMS, app communications, digital screens and other owned channels. Implement the Our Medical membership program, including member acquisition, engagement, retention and upgrade initiatives. Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment. Maintain and optimise consumer-facing digital assets, including the Our Medical and Our Sage websites.

Key responsibilities

Implement the planning and execution of local area marketing campaigns to support centre growth, healthcare professional onboarding and new centre launches

Implement the Our Medical membership program, including member acquisition, engagement, retention and upgrade initiatives

Manage relationships with creative, media, technology and digital agency partners to ensure effective delivery, performance and value

Work collaboratively with Operations and other stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with organisational priorities and growth objectives

Support the development and implementation of strategic marketing projects, including CRM optimisation, patient personalisation initiatives and brand-related activities

About you

Minimum 5 years' experience in a consumer, patient, loyalty, CRM or digital marketing role

Experience managing CRM programs, customer journeys and personalised marketing initiatives

Experience analysing marketing performance data and translating insights into actions

Experience managing external agencies and marketing suppliers

Healthcare, retail, loyalty or service-based industry experience is desirable
