About this Position

\n

PFD is seeking a commercially minded National Key Account Manager to lead growth within our Healthcare channel. This strategic role goes beyond traditional account management, combining business development, tender management, consultative selling, and customer partnership. Working closely with major healthcare and institutional customers, you will identify growth opportunities, deliver data-driven commercial solutions, and help shape innovative procurement and supply strategies that create long-term value for both PFD and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic partnerships with healthcare and institutional customers.
\n
• Drive new business growth through major contracts, tenders and national account opportunities.
\n
• Identify opportunities to increase product ranging, sales performance and profitability across key accounts.
\n
• Deliver consultative, data-driven solutions that create value for customers and support long-term growth.
\n
• Lead tender and contract strategies while supporting digital procurement and innovation initiatives.
\n
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute strategic account plans and enhance customer outcomes.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

\n
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships, tenders and complex commercial contracts.
\n
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive growth, profitability and customer outcomes.
\n
• Experience engaging with procurement, operational or senior business stakeholders in complex customer environments.
\n
• Understanding of digital procurement solutions, supply chain optimisation or value-based selling approaches will be highly regarded.
\n
• Experience within healthcare, institutional, foodservice or FMCG environments is advantageous.
\n
