Your new role

\n

This is a full time position based in either Penrith (preferred), Parramatta or Sydney NSW
\n As a Principal Psychologist at PeopleSense by Altius you will lead a team of Psychologists who deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services. Your role includes the following:

Team leadership

\n

\n
• Oversee a small team of provisional, registered, and clinical psychologists
\n
• Provide guidance, support & mentorship, assisting in performance management, career progression, and business operations
\n

\n

Clinical expertship

\n

\n
• Facilitate and participate in clinical supervision of client caseload as needed, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered
\n
• Undertake quality assurance activities to maintain and improve service delivery excellence
\n

\n

Psychological service delivery

\n

\n
• Provide psychological services to a caseload of clients and customers by delivering evidence-based interventions and therapeutic support, including:
\n
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling - offering services to a range of clients, including adults, children and adolescences and couples
\n
• Onsite and Critical Incident Attendance - support people at their workplace
\n
• Private / Medicare rebated counselling
\n
• Compensation Scheme Work - support our clients with pain related issues, injury adjustment and trauma from an acquired injury
\n
• Multidisciplinary Interventions - work in a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes
\n
• Psychological Assessment

About You

\n

\n
• Psychologist with full registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
\n
• Experience leading a team and supporting psychologists is essential
\n
• Full Australian working rights
\n
• Ability to obtain a national police check
\n
• A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
\n
