Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Performance the Workforce Optimisation Manager is responsible for leading workforce planning labour optimisation and workforce performance across the Viva Energy Retail network. Supporting all retail brands this role will drive labour planning standards workforce analytics rostering optimisation and productivity initiatives that improve operational efficiency while enabling outstanding store performance. The role will work closely with Operations Commercial & Performance Finance and People & Culture teams and has responsibility for two direct reports.
