About The Role

As our Senior Social Creative, you’ll help shape the content that keeps Sportsbet at the centre of sport, entertainment and internet culture. Reporting to the Social Content Creative Director, you’ll take ideas from spark to screen, creating social-first content that earns attention, starts conversations and keeps fans coming back for more.

From live sporting moments to always-on content, you’ll develop, script and produce standout creative across a range of formats. You’ll bring a strong creative point of view, champion big ideas and help raise the bar across the team, ensuring Sportsbet continues to lead the pack as Australia’s most entertaining sports brand.

Responsibilities Include:

• Create and deliver engaging social-first content across video, audio, static, meme and emerging formats that captures attention and drives performance.
• Spot opportunities across live sport, breaking news, trending moments and internet culture, turning them into compelling content at speed.
• Lead the creative process from concept and scripting through to production, editing and final delivery.
• Collaborate with creatives, producers, designers, marketers, influencers and talent to bring integrated campaigns and content to life.
• Contribute to a high-performing creative culture through idea sharing, constructive feedback and a relentless focus on quality.

About You

While we are big on development and offer on the job training, we want to set you up for success. Along with a great attitude, it would be ideal that you have:

• 5-7+ years experience creating social-first content for brands, publishers, sport, entertainment or media businesses
• Exceptional creative thinking, writing, scripting and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop ideas that cut through.
• Strong hands‑on production capability, including filming, editing and content creation across multiple formats.
• Deep expertise across social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X, with a strong understanding of what drives performance.
• Experience leveraging AI and emerging creative tools to produce engaging, reactive and culturally relevant content.

You’re essentially obsessed with creating content people genuinely want to watch, share and talk about and know how to balance speed, quality and creativity.
