About the role \n

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Store Business Manager to take charge of our Blacktown and make a real impact. If you're passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and know how to balance commercial performance with a positive team culture, this is your next big move.

As a Store Business Manager, you will:

• Lead and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day

• Coach and develop your people , building capability and future leaders

• Drive safety and wellbeing as a non-negotiable priority

• Own overall store performance , maximise sales, margin, and driving profitability growth while managing expenses and commercial success

• Champion operational excellence , ensuring compliance and high standards across the board
\n

• Connect day-to-day operations with big-picture strategy . Drive a clear, consistent message and translate business goals into simple, actionable steps that everyone can understand and deliver.

About you \n

You're a proven, hands-on leader with experience guiding large, high-performing teams. Customer obsession and people empowerment are at the heart of everything you do. You're a coach, a sales powerhouse, and a strategic thinker who spots opportunities others miss and turns them into results. In addition, you will have:

• A background leading large retail teams (30+ minimum)

• Strong leadership and motivational skills with a people-first mindset
\n

• Commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L
\n

\n

• Flexibility to work across our span of hours

• A passion for creating a safe, positive, and high-performing culture

• Strong ability to translate business strategy into a message that is easy to understand for your team and deliver
