What you’ll do: \n

Join the Brisbane Santos team as a Planning and Scheduling Lead and play a pivotal role in driving maintenance excellence across our Midstream and Energy Solutions division. Reporting to the Reliability and Maintenance Manager – Gas and Liquids.

\n

You will oversee maintenance planning and scheduling across Santos facilities, leading a team and driving the transition from reactive to proactive maintenance. You'll champion continuous improvement, modern maintenance practices and strong team performance in this business-critical leadership role,

Key accountabilities include: \n

• Lead and develop a high-performing planning and scheduling team
\n
• Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans aligned with business objectives
\n
• Oversee campaign and short-term maintenance planning at Santos facilities
\n
• Chair weekly planning/scheduling meetings and resolve conflicting priorities
\n
• Drive continuous improvement of maintenance management systems
\n
• Ensure compliance with SMS, EHS standards and Santos OE standards
\n

What you’ll bring: \n

\n
• Engineering degree or trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical/Instrument Engineering
\n
• Minimum 10 years' oil and gas industry experience
\n
• Extensive maintenance planning and modern management methodology experience
\n
• Strong commitment to safety and incident-free operations
\n
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
\n
• CMMS knowledge and oil and gas processing equipment experience (desirable)
\n
