About the role:
\n
You'll be fundamental in driving performance, member experience, and operational excellence. You'll require a strong focus on the day-to-day running of the gym, including sales, service, member engagement, complaints and feedback, operations, facilities management, inventory management, WHS, and reporting and analytics. It acts as the most senior, expert Membership Sales Consultant, leading by example and demonstrating excellence to the wider team, continuously building the ONYX culture and community.
