Our Employment practice advises Australian and multinational companies, government bodies and senior executives on a variety of matters.
We act across all courts and tribunals that hear employment-related matters, including the Fair Work Commission, Supreme Courts, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Federal Court of Australia. Our experience includes significant matters under the Fair Work Act, breach of contract claims, and urgent applications such as freezing and Anton Piller orders in cases involving employee fraud, serious misconduct and breaches of post-employment restraints.
We are looking for an Employment lawyer to join our Sydney, Melbourne or Perth office. You will work closely with partners Dianne Banks and Tom Brett and advise on a broad range of matters, including:
