Lead our people function as a senior People & Culture Manager on a permanent part-time basis.

• Bring your senior People & Culture (P&C) experience - three / four days per week (Salary prorata)

About the opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead our people function and help shape the next stage of Revelation Software Concepts (RSC) / Rev-Trac’s growth.

As a formal member of the leadership team, you’ll help guide business decisions while taking ownership of day-to-day people priorities. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and people leaders to strengthen capability, improve employee experience and build a positive, high-performing culture grounded in our values and behaviours.

This role suits a senior practitioner who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery and is seeking a meaningful leadership position on a permanent part-time basis.

What you’ll do

• Develop and deliver a people strategy that supports business growth, engagement and retention.
• Lead recruitment, induction, onboarding, workforce planning and succession initiatives in partnership with hiring managers.
• Own the annual performance review cycle and remuneration, benefits and reward strategy, including external salary benchmarking.
• Coach and develop people leaders, building confidence in performance conversations, team management and change.
• Personally lead complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances and workplace investigations.
• Optimise, manage and improve our current HR systems and use people data to inform leadership decisions.
• Oversee employment compliance, employee health & wellbeing and workplace safety obligations, including workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes.

What you’ll bring

You’re a confident, approachable P&C professional who builds trust, exercises sound judgement and takes responsibility for delivering outcomes.

You’ll bring:

• At least 10 + years’ experience in P&C, with experience contributing at senior leadership or executive team level.
• A strong record of implementing people strategies and delivering across a broad HR remit.
• Proven experience designing and leading remuneration, benefits and reward programs.
• Confidence resolving complex, sensitive employee relations matters and coaching leaders through challenging situations.
• Strong communication, business partnering and organisational skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and practical delivery.

Qualifications in Business, P&C and or a related discipline are highly desirable. Experience with P&C / Payroll systems would be advantageous.
