Are you an experienced and licensed electrician with strong leadership skills looking for more than just another maintenance role? At the Silverwater Correctional Complex, you'll combine your trade expertise with people management, mentoring both Overseers and inmates while ensuring one of NSW's largest correctional facilities continues to operate safely and efficiently.

About the Role
\n
As Senior Trade Overseer, you'll lead electrical maintenance operations, guide Overseers and develop inmates through practical workplace training that supports rehabilitation and future employment. You'll plan and coordinate maintenance, manage resources and budgets, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery across the correctional complex.
