The Role & The Team
\n
As an Estimator - Resourcing within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), you'll play an important role in supporting major transformation programs and enterprise investment decisions.
\n
Working across project delivery teams, finance, scheduling and business stakeholders, you'll develop workforce demand forecasts, effort estimates and resource profiles that help inform business cases, project planning and portfolio prioritisation. You'll ensure cost, schedule and workforce assumptions are aligned, enabling informed decision‐making and realistic delivery planning.

You'll join a newly established EPMO team that acts as a centre of excellence for portfolio, program and project delivery, supporting strategic transformation initiatives across Airservices.

You are analytical, collaborative and comfortable working in complex environments where you can turn data and assumptions into practical planning insights. You enjoy partnering with stakeholders, challenging thinking where required and helping organisations make informed decisions.
