Pilbara Windscreen Experts Pty Ltd is a specialist automotive glazing business based in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.You will be one of the main points of contact for customers, working closely with management and the technicians team to help keep the business running smoothly. Key responsibilities \n

    \n
  • Create a friendly and welcoming first impression of the business, managing the front office and greeting customers and visitors and direct them to relevant personals
    • \n
  • Respond to enquiries received in person, by telephone, by email and in writing, and provide information about repair and replacement services, mobile callout coverage, turnaround times and pricing
    • \n
  • Operate the main telephone line, screening incoming calls, connecting callers to the right person and transferring or taking messages where the person sought is unavailable
    • \n
  • Book and record customer appointments for workshop fittings and mobile callouts, maintain the daily job diary and technician run sheets, and confirm and reschedule bookings with customers as required
    • \n
  • Provide customers with job updates and respond to general enquiries
    • \n
  • Keep the reception and customer waiting area clean, tidy and presentable, and maintain stationery, brochure and refreshment supplies at the front counter
    • \n
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints where necessary or direct them to appropriate personals, such as managers
    • \n
  • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for technicians attending remote site and overnight callouts, advise on available options, and confirm and vary reservations as job schedules change
    • \n
  • Carry out general clerical work in support of the business, including word processing of quotes and customer correspondence, entering job, customer and insurance claim details into the job management system, filing and retrieving job records and warranty documentation, photocopying and scanning
    • \n
  • Check customer purchase orders against completed work
    • \n

About you \n

    \n
  • AQF Certificate II or Certificate III or at least one (1) year of relevant full-time work experience as a receptionist or in a related field in lieu of formal qualifications
    • \n
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional customer service manner
    • \n
  • Sound computer skills, including word processing, email, and experience entering and maintaining records in a booking or job management system
    • \n
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands at a busy front counter and work accurately under pressure
    • \n
  • One (1) year minimum experience as a Receptionist or in a related field
    • \n
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
    • \n

Pay: $80,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
