IT SUPPORT URGENTLY NEEDED 3 Month-Contract Brisbane We are looking for a customer-focused IT Support & Systems Officer to deliver responsive first-line support while managing core business systems, user access, and security controls across multiple platforms. This hands-on role seamlessly blends service desk triage with system administration, application support, and key IT project rollouts to ensure secure and reliable technical operations.
This Role: Certificate or Diploma in IT (or currently studying toward one) is highly desirable. Hands-on experience in IT support, service desk triage, system administration, and managing user access.
Familiarity with OpenText Content Manager, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Intune, Cisco/Sophos networking, and virtual infrastructure. Openness to participate in some after-hours activities and overtime when required by business needs, valid driver's licence for site travel, and National Police Check.
