We are seeking an experienced and passionate Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Ingenia Lifestyle Chambers Pines, a thriving and established 485-home land lease community in the Logan region.

\n

This is far more than an operational role. As Community Manager, you will be the face of the community and a champion for resident experience. You will create an environment where residents feel welcomed, valued, heard and supported, while ensuring the community continues to operate to the highest standards.

You will lead a dedicated team, foster meaningful resident relationships, oversee community operations and continuously seek opportunities to improve the lifestyle experience for every resident who calls Chambers Pines home.

• Coordinate maintenance, grounds and contractor activities to ensure a well-presented community environment.

• Ensure accurate administration, reporting and compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.

• Manage risk, safety, emergency preparedness and operational audits.

You're Likely a Match If You

• Have previous leadership experience in community management, retirement living, aged care, hospitality, tourism, customer service or a related field.

• Have a proven ability to influence, engage and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrate empathy, emotional intelligence and a genuine commitment to resident wellbeing.

• Possess strong leadership skills and enjoy developing high-performing teams.

• Have experience managing budgets, operations and competing priorities.
