Our commitment to excellence ensures that we deliver outstanding customer experiences and operational efficiency across our business.About the roleWe are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Manager to join the Subaru team and support our dealer network across Victoria and Tasmania.This is a hands-on field-based role where you'll partner with Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, Service Managers and dealership leadership teams to drive sales performance, aftersales growth and customer experience outcomes.Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll use performance data, market insights and strong stakeholder relationships to identify opportunities, improve results and implement business strategies that support both dealer and brand success.This opportunity is ideal for someone with automotive dealership experience who enjoys influencing stakeholders, building partnerships and helping businesses achieve stronger commercial outcomes.Key responsibilitiesDrive sales, aftersales, parts and accessory performance across the dealer networkDevelop and execute dealer performance and business improvement plansBuild strong relationships with Dealer Principals and dealership leadership teamsAnalyse sales, customer and operational performance dataConduct regular dealer visits and performance reviewsIdentify opportunities to improve profitability, retention and customer outcomesSupport the rollout of sales, marketing and customer experience initiativesMonitor dealer performance against brand standards and key business metricsProvide market insights and recommendations to support network growthCollaborate with internal sales, marketing, customer experience and aftersales teamsAbout youYou are a commercially driven automotive professional with a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes.
