CMI Toyota is always on the lookout for passionate, customer-focused individuals who are interested in joining our team as a Service Advisor. Whilst we're not hiring for a specific role right now, we know that great people don't always wait for job ads! That's why we invite you to express your interest in future opportunities across any of our four locations - West Terrace, Cheltenham, Christies Beach and Stepney.

In this role, you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for our customers, ensuring their vehicles are in top shape and their experience is seamless, working closely with our service department to deliver outstanding service every day.

What you'll be doing

In your new role (when the time comes) as a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional front-line customer service in person and over the phone
• Coordinating service bookings and managing customer expectations
• Liaising with technicians and service teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing
• Keeping customers informed and supported throughout their service journey

Most importantly, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers by working closely with your team and other departments.

About you

You don't have to come from the automotive industry, in fact many of our best people haven't! What we're seeking is someone who has:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service positions
• A strong interest in the automotive industry
• A confident communication style with a professional, customer-first approach
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working as part of a team
• Good tech-savviness with an ability to quickly learn new systems
• Possession of a current driver's license (essential)
