We are currently looking for energetic, inclusive and supportive Food & Beverage Team-Leader to join our fun Food & Beverage Department on aFull-Time basis.

The Role:

Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and the smooth daily operation of our restaurant, bar and in room dining outlets.

Develop our Restaurant & Bar team members to provide excellent, personalised guest service within our outlets.

The successful candidate must be available to work both Breakfast and Dinner shifts including weekends and some public holidays.

Ideally you will have:

• A passion for the hospitality industry
• Flexibility in shift rotation and rostering
• Demonstrated Service Recovery skills
• A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential for this role.
• A positive, team orientated approach with a passion for Creating Memorable Hotel Experiences
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
