How You’ll Shine As the Senior Corporate Accountant, you will play a key leadership role within our Hospitality Finance team, overseeing corporate accounting activities across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. You will be responsible for maintaining strong financial governance, leading a geographically dispersed accounting team, and partnering closely with senior finance and operational leaders to support business performance. This role offers a blend of hands‑on technical accounting, people leadership, and strategic collaboration.

What You’ll Do \n

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the external audit process and maintain strong relationships with auditors and professional advisors
\n
• Preparation of annual reports
\n
• Ensure all taxation obligations are met across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji
\n
• Financial reconciliation and reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with group policies and accounting standards
\n
• Maintain robust financial controls and identify opportunities to strengthen control environments
\n

What You’ll Bring \n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting with CA or CPA certification
\n
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise (IFRS experience essential)
\n
• Solid taxation knowledge across multiple jurisdictions
\n
• Experience working in complex, multi-entity and multi-currency environments
\n
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet regular reporting deadlines
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
