ONCALL is currently seeking compassionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our SIL team and work in the Northern areas of Caboolture, Burpengary and Beachmere.

About the Role
\n
Supporting our clients requires an empathetic approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate very clearly. You will be supported by an experienced team leader and have access to additional training to manage the complexities of this role.
\n
How Will I Help?
\n
These shifts will involve supporting our clients by providing daily assistance in a shared home or individual residence, allowing them to live as independently as possible. This will include personal care, administration of medication, meal preparation, manual handling, help with routines, community access and support with household tasks. Supports may be required across a 24/7 roster and will vary depending on the person's needs, goals and preferences.

All applicants must have the relevant mandatory screening clearances, hold relevant industry standard training certificates and qualifications and be willing to complete all required pre-employment training modules and induction sessions.
