The Ladelle Group is an established Australian homewares business, designing and supplying products across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Our brands include Ladelle, Ashdene and TEMPA, with products sold through major retailers, independent stores and online.
We are looking for an Accounts Officer to join our Finance team on a part-time basis, ideally working approximately 22 hours across four or five days.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will support the accurate and timely processing of supplier and customer transactions across our Australian, New Zealand and European entities.
Process supplier invoices and credit notes, including coding, matching and entry into Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
Coordinate invoice approvals and follow up outstanding approvals.
Prepare weekly and ad hoc creditor payment runs and supporting schedules.
Complete daily receipting and investigate unallocated receipts, short payments and other discrepancies.
Set up new customer accounts and review credit applications and trade references.
Monitor customer credit limits and coordinate approved changes or credit hold releases.
Prepare customer statements and respond to account queries.
Monitor aged debtors and follow up overdue accounts professionally and consistently.
You are an organised, detail-focused accounts professional who takes pride in accuracy and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
Ideally, you will bring:
Previous accounts payable and receivable experience.
Experience with receipting, reconciliations, credit control, debt collection and supplier invoice processing.
Strong reconciliation, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Confidence dealing with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
ERP and Microsoft Excel experience; Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 experience is desirable.
A high level of integrity and professionalism.
