About The Role

As a Scheduling Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients have access to quality healthcare professionals when they need them most.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Managing and coordinating nursing shift bookings
• Matching suitably qualified nurses to client requirements
• Building strong relationships with healthcare clients and nursing staff
• Responding to urgent staffing requests and last-minute changes
• Managing workforce availability and shift allocations
• Maintaining accurate records and system updates
• Working towards fill rate and service delivery targets
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships

No two days are the same in this dynamic role, and you'll be at the centre of delivering exceptional service to both our clients and healthcare workforce.

What We're Looking For

• Has experience in workforce planning, scheduling, rostering or recruitment
• Thrives in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Can confidently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Enjoys problem-solving and thinking on their feet
• Is confident using technology and database systems
• Is motivated by achieving targets and creating positive outcomes
• Healthcare, recruitment or agency experience is highly desirable but not essential.
