Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day IT support and assist with the implementation of technology and digitalisation initiatives across the business.

The role will support company IT equipment, systems, network connectivity, and general technical issues, while working closely with the Headquarters Technology/IT team on internal network configuration and other IT-related services. The position will also support business digitalisation and data visualisation initiatives to improve management visibility, reduce manual processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network-related issues;
• Set up, configure, maintain, and manage company computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment;
• Support employee IT onboarding/offboarding, including system access, account setup, and equipment allocation;
• Work closely with the Headquarters Technology/IT team on internal network configuration, IT systems, security requirements, and other technology-related projects;
• Maintain IT assets, system records, and relevant IT documentation;
• Support the development of data visualisation dashboards and digital management tools across different business functions;
• Assist in converting business requirements and operational data into meaningful dashboards, including warehouse utilisation, productivity, customer and revenue performance, costs, project progress, headcount, and turnover;
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and organise data and support the implementation of digital solutions;
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency through digitalisation and automation;
• Support other IT and technology-related tasks as required.

Key Requirements / Skills

• Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or a similar role is preferred;
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, Microsoft 365, software installation, and troubleshooting;
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and general network configuration;
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills;
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work effectively with both business users and technical teams;
• English and Mandarin communication skills are highly regarded due to regular coordination with the Headquarters Technology/IT team;
• Experience with Power BI, data visualisation, dashboards, or workflow automation would be an advantage
