About the Role

As a Life Insurance Advisor, you’ll be on the frontline of growth—helping clients referred by Sustainable Life Group’s corporate partners secure the right life insurance solutions. You’ll educate, advise, and close clients through consultative conversations, ensuring each person receives a product that fits their unique needs. This is a performance-driven role suited to an ambitious professional who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys being rewarded for their results. You’ll be supported with ongoing training, warm leads, and access to a custom-built CRM system to manage your sales pipeline effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a steady flow of warm, high-intent leads provided by corporate partners
• Educate clients and assist them in purchasing suitable life insurance products
• Track, manage, and convert your pipeline using a custom-built CRM
• Develop and optimise strategies to drive sales performance and client satisfaction
• Ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality service throughout the process

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, ideally within life insurance or financial services
• RG146 qualification desirable
• Strong product knowledge across income protection, life, TPD, and critical illness
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer experience and retention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident managing complex client enquiries and navigating challenges with professionalism
• High level of initiative and accountability within a team-focused environment
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
