We are offering an exciting opportunity for an astute, self‑motivated person to join our team in the position of Group Risk & Compliance Manager. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with Site Managers, Group Functional Managers and Site Leadership teams, the role plays a key part in strengthening and advancing AKD’s Risk Management Framework. The role will support a proactive risk culture across the group, embed effective risk management practices and support growing risk awareness.
This position could be based at either our Colac or North Lakes Support Offices, and flexible working arrangements (including part time) will be considered for the right candidate.
This role is a great opportunity to have a positive impact on the performance of a large manufacturing operation, working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders with exposure to the Group Executive and Board.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and organisational fit.
