What You’ll Be Doing \n

Lead the future of energy at RAA! As Sales Manager, Solar & Battery, you’ll lead our Residential Sales team across Solar, Battery and EV solutions, driving sales growth, business development and exceptional member experiences. Combining people leadership with your own sales contribution, you’ll inspire high performance, shape growth strategies and help expand RAA’s residential member base.

Your role & Impact \n

• Lead and inspire a residential sales team to exceed revenue targets while fostering a culture of accountability, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
\n
• Own and drive your own sales performance , setting the standard as a hands-on contributor and trusted advisor to customers.
\n
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in solar, battery storage and EV charging to grow market share and expand our member offering.
\n
• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans aligned to business goals, using data-driven insights, KPIs and pipeline forecasting to inform decisions and maximise impact.
\n
• Champion exceptional member service , ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and repeat business through tailored clean energy solutions.
\n
• Manage performance and development of your team through regular coaching, training.
\n
• Contribute to strategic business planning , including reporting, forecasting, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
\n
• Represent RAA externally, engaging with industry groups, partners and community stakeholders to build brand presence and unlock new opportunities.

About you \n

You’re a natural leader and accomplished sales professional who thrives on purpose-driven work, you’ll bring:

• Experience in sales leadership, ideally in solar or adjacent industries.
\n
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and manage a personal sales portfolio.
\n
• A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and experience building pipelines and growing revenue.
\n
• A member-first approach that balances empathy, service and business outcomes.
\n
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, reporting tools and a solid grasp of sales data and KPI’s.
\n
