Infor is looking for an experienced Senior Solution Consultant specialising in Enterprise Finance and Value Transformation to join our Pacific Solution Consulting team.

This is a senior presales role for someone who can confidently engage CFOs and finance leadership teams, understand complex business challenges and demonstrate how modern cloud technology can improve financial performance, governance and decision-making.

You will lead finance-focused discovery, executive workshops, value assessments, business-case development, solution demonstrations and proofs of concept across complex enterprise ERP opportunities. You will also serve as a key finance subject‑matter expert within the Pacific organisation, helping account teams position transformation initiatives and supporting the continued development of our finance presales capability.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

You will lead finance-focused presales engagements across Infor’s ERP, Enterprise Performance Management, analytics and related cloud solutions.

• Executive discovery and engagement | Build trusted‑advisor relationships and lead discovery sessions with CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers and other executive stakeholders. Understand their strategy, operating model, performance challenges and transformation priorities.
• Finance transformation | Shape solution visions covering Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, consolidation and close, cash management, fixed assets, financial reporting, internal controls, ESG and regulatory reporting.
• Solution demonstrations | Design and deliver compelling, customer‑specific demonstrations that connect Infor capabilities to measurable business outcomes. Present confidently to audiences ranging from finance users to executive leadership teams.
• Value engineering | Develop value frameworks, executive value propositions and business cases. Help customers quantify opportunities involving efficiency, working capital, financial close, governance, reporting and decision‑making.
• Proofs of concept and prototyping | Scope and lead proofs of concept, configure demonstration scenarios and rapidly prototype workflows or integrations that validate solution feasibility and value.
• Opportunity and account strategy | Partner with Account Executives to qualify, shape and progress complex enterprise opportunities. Support pursuit strategy, competitive positioning and executive engagement.
• Solution and delivery alignment | Work with Consulting and Solution Architecture teams to translate customer requirements into high‑level solution designs, implementation roadmaps and delivery approaches.
• Proposals and tenders | Lead finance contributions to RFPs, RFIs, proposals and executive presentations, ensuring responses are accurate, differentiated and focused on customer outcomes.
• Practice leadership | Act as a finance subject‑matter expert, mentor other Solution Consultants and contribute to demonstrations, discovery tools, thought leadership and best practices.

The position combines executive finance engagement with the full presales lifecycle, including discovery, demonstrations, proofs of concept, solution design, bid support and transition to implementation services.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least eight years’ experience across one or more of the following areas:
  • ERP finance consulting or implementation
  • Solution consulting or enterprise software presales
  • Finance transformation
  • Corporate finance, FP&A or financial controllership
  • Financial systems or management consulting
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and internal controls.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise ERP sales or transformation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and present to CFOs, Finance Directors and executive stakeholders.
• Strong discovery, workshop facilitation, presentation and storytelling skills.
• The ability to translate complex financial, operational and regulatory requirements into clear solution recommendations.
• Experience developing business cases, value propositions or quantified benefit assessments.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA, CA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Experience with Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, NetSuite or another enterprise ERP platform.
• Experience with Enterprise or Corporate Performance Management solutions.
• Knowledge of SaaS, multi‑tenant cloud applications, integration, analytics and enterprise architecture.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage, industrial, equipment or process industries.
• Experience in value engineering, management consulting or finance operating‑model transformation.
