Flexibility is key – as this is a casual role, shifts may vary based on business needs.
Ideally, you’ll have availability across 3 - 4 days per week, with availability for key boutique trading times such as Thursday late night trade shifts, Saturday and Sunday shifts.
What you’ll do:
Welcome customers and share your love of coffee.
Create meaningful connections by offering great service and product knowledge.
Confidently use POS systems and digital tools to provide seamless service for every customer.
Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while ensuring the boutique always looks its best, with shelves stocked and safety standards upheld.
