Doncaster | Permanent Full Time | $56-$60 per hour
An excellent permanent opportunity is available for an experienced aged care professional to join a well-established provider in a key Quality & Education role based in Doncaster.
Working across residential aged care and community services, this position will play an important role in strengthening quality systems, supporting accreditation readiness and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Reporting to the Executive Director - Quality, Risk & Clinical Governance, you will work closely with operational and clinical leaders, supporting teams to translate quality, compliance and clinical governance requirements into everyday practice.

To be successful, you will bring:
A Graduate Certificate in Quality Auditing will be highly regarded, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or progress towards this qualification.
This would particularly suit an experienced aged care RN who enjoys quality and governance but also loves working with people - someone who can engage staff, provide practical education and help teams understand not just what good quality looks like, but how to achieve it in day‑to‑day practice.
