Australian Multicultural Community Services – Seddon VIC
Australian Multicultural Community Services (AMCS) is a trusted not-for-profit supporting diverse communities across Greater Melbourne and Geelong since 1983. Our head office is based in Seddon, Melbourne’s west.
With more than 285 staff and 350 volunteers representing over 50 countries and 70 languages, we deliver culturally inclusive services that help people live safely, independently, and stay connected to their communities.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position available on a part-time or full-time basis.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a key operational role in supporting AMCS to promote a safe, healthy and positive workplace for the wellbeing of our people.
You will work across corporate, community and direct-care environments, with a strong focus on translating health and safety requirements into practical solutions that work for our people.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position available on a part-time or full-time basis, based at our Seddon office, with hybrid working arrangements and travel to other AMCS workplaces and community-based work locations as required.
