SAP S/4HANA Change Lead – People Services \n
Brisbane | Contract | Up to 8 months contract with potential extension

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Change Lead to join a major transformation program and lead change management and business readiness activities across the People Services stream.
\n
This is a key role within a large-scale ERP transformation, focused on helping people, processes and technology transition successfully to a new SAP S/4HANA environment.
About the Role \n
You will lead the development and execution of change initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, leadership, technical teams and business readiness functions to drive adoption and minimise disruption.

About You \n
You will be an experienced change professional with a strong background in SAP-led business transformation , ideally with experience across SAP S/4HANA and Human Capital Management (HCM) environments.

Desirable \n
Experience with Prosci certification, SAP Activate, fit-to-standard workshops, SAP S/4HANA Payroll and/or SAP Fieldglass will be highly regarded.
\n
