Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and experienced 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher to join our beautiful, purpose-built centre at Harpley Werribee that is opening soon!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, reflective and relational Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and delivering a high-quality funded 3-Year-Old Kindergarten program.

You will play an important role in establishing and delivering a nurturing, engaging and inclusive kindergarten program, while building genuine relationships with children, families and your fellow educators.

The Opportunity

As our 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher, you will:

• Lead the delivery of a high-quality, play-based funded 3-Year-Old Kindergarten program
• Develop and implement an engaging curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Aspire's Connect, Learn, Grow framework
• Create a welcoming, inclusive and engaging learning environment for children
• Build strong, respectful and meaningful relationships with children and families
• Work collaboratively with educators and Centre Leadership to support children's learning and development
• Maintain strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards and documentation requirements
• Support inclusive practices and positive behaviour guidance strategies
• Observe, document and assess children's learning and development
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support the ongoing development of the kindergarten program
• Work a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm, with availability across 5 days

About You

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher who has:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Current VIT registration (provisional or full) – essential
• 2 years' proven experience working as a Kindergarten Teacher
• Experience delivering funded 3-Year-Old Kindergarten programs
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and contemporary early childhood practices
• Strong curriculum knowledge and compliance awareness
• A confident, reflective and relational teaching style
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
• A team-focused approach and willingness to collaborate with educators and Centre Leadership
• Flexible availability across a rotating roster
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
