What you'll do

In this role you will own the overarching trade email marketing roadmap, partnering with key cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement while mentoring a dedicated offshore team.

Partner with Category, Trade Marketing, Cartology, and BIG W Marketplace teams to define, plan, and deliver the annual eDM calendar and overarching promotional communications.

Lead a team of three Trade Email Specialists based in Manila, effectively allocating resources to coordinate high-volume, fast-paced workflows.

Manage rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks, ensuring all technical setups, segmentation, and messaging resonate with customers and comply with spam regulations.

Lead the reporting strategy, translating complex data and customer insights into actionable commercial strategies and continuous A/B testing roadmaps.

What you'll bring

With a commercial and highly collaborative mindset, you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at turning high-volume workflows into impactful customer engagement strategies.

A strong background in high-volume, trade-based eDM marketing within a fast-paced retail or FMCG landscape.

Creative thinking with a customer first mindset to create engaging and profitable communications.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently navigate complex requirements, manage diverse internal partnerships, and influence stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in email marketing platforms and a strong analytical background to translate data into commercial action.

Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with direct experience overseeing remote or offshore teams highly advantageous.
