**Kitchen Attendant (Knifeskills)****$27.11 per hour | Part Time****Movie World, Oxenford, Gold Coast****The Opportunity**Are you passionate about food and love being part of a buzzing kitchen team? We're looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Knifeskills to join us! As Kitchen Knifeskills superstar, you will be responsible for basic cookery and knifeskills. You'll perform a variety of tasks from preparing sandwiches to cutting food for gourmet meals.

You'll help keep our kitchen running smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. If you've got a positive attitude, a love for teamwork, and a passion for great food, we'd love to have you in our kitchen!**Key Responsibilities**Bring your energy to the kitchen and help keep the fun rolling at Village Roadshow Theme Parks! From prepping fresh food to keeping our kitchens sparkling, your work helps fuel the park magic! You'll be:

• Delivering prepared food into the park prior to park opening.
\n
• Preparing raw food items in Production Kitchen, such as dicing fruit, slicing tomatoes, slicing meats, cooking basic food items.
\n
• Cooking and plating in an a-la-carte environment
\n
• Following workplace hygiene procedures & maintain workplace in a clean & hygienic manner.**What We're Looking For**We're searching for kitchen legends who know their way around the bench, thrive under pressure, and always add a pinch of fun to their work! You'll bring:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Industry experience in high volume kitchen operations an advantage
\n
• Comprehensive understanding of food hygiene and Food Safety program
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Knowledge of customer dietary requirements such as food allergies and intolerances etc.
\n
• A passion for your craft and high standards of food production
\n
