As an Appointment Setter in our marketing team you will be the first point of contact for new leads who are interested in building wealth, reducing tax, or paying off their mortgage faster. You will be at the forefront of driving our growth by connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our strategy team.

Please note: This is a high-volume outbound calling role, so experience in outbound calling is preferred.

Experience in high-volume outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport over the phone.
Strong organisational skills and time management.
Previous experience in real estate, finance, or mortgage broking is a bonus.

Manage and update leads in the CRM, ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks.
Consistently hit (or exceed!) weekly call and appointment targets.

Competitive base hourly rate + commissions + attractive bonus incentives
Full-time pay on part-time hours (just 30 hours per week)
