Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The Maintenance Coordinator will assess, prioritise and coordinate responsive, planned and cyclical maintenance requests for CEHL properties across Victoria, ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with RTA minimum standards.

About you

You are experienced in maintenance or property management, with a strong customer service background. You bring a strong understanding residential property maintenance issues and the ability to identify and prioritise works. You are committed to delivering safe, compliant and high-quality maintenance services that support positive renter outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum of three years’ experience coordinating residential maintenance within the housing sector.
• Sound working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, Occupational Health, Safety legislation, and Privacy legislation.
• Proven background in customer service roles requiring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Experience working within a community or member-based organisation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative, time management and numeracy skills.
• The ability to think and operate in a whole-of-organisation context, developing successful working partnerships with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise multiple, complex tasks in your own workload.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner when engaging with members, co-operatives, colleagues and external stakeholders.
