Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the DAZN Media+ Executive team, providing strategic financial leadership, advice and challenge to senior stakeholders.
• Build deep, trusted relationships with the DAZN Media+ CEO, Executive Director, Group Finance leadership and broader business teams.
• Partner with the Advanced Advertising team to establish an effective operating rhythm, support the development of a world-class digital advertising product and enable revenue growth.
• Lead the overhaul of trading reporting to deliver more actionable insights and improve commercial outcomes.
• Provide an independent, outside-in view of KPIs and monthly business performance, identifying risks and opportunities and supporting course-correction plans.
• Enhance planning, budgeting, forecasting and business-casing processes to enable high-quality debate, decision-making and plan delivery.
• Oversee major advertising technology and capital investments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and in line with approved business-case benefits.
• Manage the DAZN Media+ cost base while developing investment cases and initiatives that drive advertising revenue growth.
• Lead collaboration, mentoring and cross-skilling across the wider Streaming & Advertising Finance team.

About your experience

• You are a commercially minded finance leader with the confidence and credibility to influence senior stakeholders. You can translate complex information into clear insights, recommendations and practical actions.
• We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds, including commercial finance, industry, strategy, M&A, consulting, advisory or Big 4 environments.
• 8+ years’ experience in a relevant commercial finance, strategy, consulting, advisory or business partnering role; advertising or media experience is highly desirable.
• A value-creation mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to optimise investments and improve commercial outcomes.
• A demonstrated track record of driving business performance through financial insight, commercial challenge and strategic decision support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience building trusted relationships at executive level.
• Proven ability to synthesise complex information into concise insights and actions for management.
• Strong understanding of how activity drivers, commercial decisions and investment choices translate into revenue and profitability outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and problem-solving capability.
• A pragmatic, collaborative approach, with an ability to identify quick wins while maintaining focus on long-term priorities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities under pressure, using sound judgement and an effective 80:20 approach without compromising quality.
