At Crystel Care, we're a mobile multidisciplinary allied health team delivering person-centred support across metropolitan, regional, and remote South Australia.

As our regional services continue to grow, we're seeking Speech Pathologists to join our FIFO team and help deliver meaningful outcomes where they're needed most.

Flexibility and autonomy in how you manage your fortnight, with a range of roster options available and strong leadership support to help you thrive in a FIFO environment

Flights covered from Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and beyond, plus accommodation and a company vehicle

Your Role

• Conduct assessments across communication, social communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing
• Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy plans aligned with participant goals
• Support participants to build communication skills, confidence, independence, and participation in everyday life
• Deliver therapy across home, school, workplace, and community settings
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve participant goals
• Liaise with participants, families, carers, schools, support coordinators, and external providers
• Manage your own schedule and caseload with confidence and autonomy
• Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with NDIS Practice Standards

About You

• Speech Pathologist at any stage of your career
• Recognised Speech Pathology qualification and SPA membership (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current driver's licence
• Passionate about making a meaningful impact in regional communities
• Experience in NDIS or community settings is highly regarded, but not essential
