Student Support Officer

Sureway is a national organisation helping people find work,build skills, and improve their lives across six states. We are hiring aStudent Support Officer for our Skills & Training team in Wodonga.

This role sits within our training operations, supportinglearners and the colleagues who work with them day to day. If you have theadmin strengths, this one will feel very familiar, just with a different groupof people behind it.

The role is about keeping things running with precision,care, and a genuine commitment to doing right by people.

What You Will Do

• Providetimely, accurate administrative support across the team's programs andactivities
• Supportlearners and colleagues through enrolment and pre-enrolment activities
• Monitorclient progress and follow up with clients who need it
• Keeprecords and systems updated with meticulous attention to detail, includingcertificates, statements of attainment, and results
• Deliverexceptional customer service and contribute to a positive experience forclients and colleagues
• Assistwith service delivery, events and projects
• Handlea mix of routine and non-routine enquiries
• Managecompeting priorities with ease

This role will suit someone who enjoys a busy environment,takes pride in accuracy, and is driven to close the loop on tasks.

What We Are Looking For

• Experiencewith an LMS and/or RTO environment is a bonus, but not essential
