The Role \n
We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Discovery Resorts - Kings Canyon , one of Australia's most iconic outback destinations.

As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations while mentoring the team and maintaining high culinary standards. You'll play a key role in delivering quality dining across à la carte service, buffet offerings and special dining experiences - all while working in a truly unique location.
