• Manage the end to end recruitment process, from brief to hire
\n

\n

Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process

\n

Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent

\n

Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance

\n

Manageall communication with candidates from application/ approachuntil offer acceptance

\n

Updateapplicant tracking system to ensure for accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration

\n

\n
• Knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance
\n

\n

\n
• Builda Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business
\n

\n

\n
• Building Relationships
\n
• Commercial focus
\n

\n

\n
• Professionally qualified in HR or Talent Acquisition
\n

\n

Minimum 4years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with experience in the construction infrastructure or defencemarket recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists.

\n

Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment

\n

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

\n
