Our client is a well established, vertically integrated property developer, delivering thoughtfully planned residential communities across Australia. Due to continued growth across their project portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team, providing day to day coordination and administrative support to the sales function.

This is a great opportunity for a highly organised, detail focused professional with an interest in property and real estate to play a pivotal role supporting sales performance across a portfolio of residential projects.

The Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring sales processes, systems and reporting are accurate, efficient and well managed - supporting the sales journey from enquiry through to contract and settlement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative & coordination support to National Sales Manager & project sales teams
  • Coordinate the sales administration process from enquiry and reservation through to contract and settlement
  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, price lists, availability schedules, sales plans and sales materials
  • Coordinate lot holds, reservations, deposits, contract documentation in accordance with processes
  • Liaise with conveyancers/solicitors, internal teams regarding contract prep, execution & settlement matters
  • Maintain accurate purchaser and sales records across relevant systems
  • Monitor key sales administration milestones and proactively follow up outstanding actions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, lead and sales information within the CRM
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the National Sales Manager and broader business
  • Maintain current lot availability, pricing and release information across the project portfolio

About You

  • Previous experience in a sales coordination, sales administration, property administration or similar role
  • Property development, residential land, real estate or volume building experience will be highly regarded
  • Contract administration skills with excellent attention to detail and organising abilities
  • Strong CRM, ideally Salesforce or database management capability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - rofessional and customer-focused approach
  • Confident working with sales data, reporting and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales, marketing, development and finance teams
