The Opportunity
Sharp & Carter is partnering with a highly successful and rapidly growing healthcare organisation to appoint a Head of FP&A.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly created leadership role has been established as the business continues to grow and evolve. Sitting at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy and business performance, the role will provide critical insight and decision support across a significant pharmaceutical portfolio.
This is an opportunity to join a business that has built a strong market position through innovation, strategic investment and sustained growth, whilst working closely with a highly regarded leadership team in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Candidates could come from pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers or broader healthcare organisations, provided they possess relevant pharmaceutical sector experience and a strong commercial finance background.
