Aboriginal Family Legal Services aims to provide free, culturally secure, legal and support services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victims and survivors of family violence and/or sexual assault.
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Social Worker who is interested in being part of the AFLS team in our small regional office on Yamatji Country (Geraldton) on a fixed term contract. The office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
As an AFLS Family Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive case management and support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients within remote and local communities.
We are committed to creating a environment that is culturally safe for our clients. As such, we are actively seeking applications from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander candidates for this position.
