The Company is seeking a Head of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing to lead the development and implementation of strategies that ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. This senior leadership role involves driving a strong culture of wellbeing, risk management, and continuous improvement, as well as providing expert advice and influencing leaders at all levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, managing incident reporting and investigations, overseeing injury management and return-to-work programs, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Key to this role is the ability to partner with executive leaders, managers, and employees to embed a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Applicants for the Head of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing position at the company should have significant experience in a senior leadership role within this field, with a strong knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation, risk management, and injury management frameworks.
