Eastern Contract Glazing (ECG) is based in Bayswater. We assist our customers on-site with glass installations.
We are looking to expand our team across casual, part-time, and full-time roles to support our growing pipeline of upcoming projects. We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, down-to-earth work environment. We are a tight-knit, supportive team that gets along well, works hard, and looks out for each other on-site. You will be working alongside our experienced trade team on-site. Duties include:
High manual handling capability is essential. You must be comfortable with heavy team lifting on a daily basis.
Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) and full Australian working rights.
Valid, current Australian Driver’s Licence and confident driving trade vehicles between sites.
Competent using basic workplace apps on a smartphone (e.g., managing timesheets, shifts, or job admin via tools like BrightHR or Xero).
Prior experience in glass or window fabrication is a bonus, but a general construction background is equally suited. We want to hear from you if you have worked on-site in carpentry, site labouring, landscaping, or any hands‑on trade where you understand site safety and aren't afraid of hard physical work. Full on-the-job training in glazing techniques will be provided for the right candidate.
