What's the role?

As a Contact Centre Consultant - Outbound, you'll proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions and help them make informed decisions about their health cover.

No two conversations are the same. You'll build rapport quickly, navigate objections with confidence and help customers get the most value from their health insurance.

This role combines exceptional customer service with achieving positive business outcomes, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both helping people and delivering results.

Experience in customer service, outbound sales, retention, fundraising, hospitality, retail or contact centres is highly regarded, but not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for people with the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.

Important Information

• The successful candidates will commence on Monday 9 November 2026.
• Training is conducted full-time for three weeks, followed by one week of supported nesting and on-the-job learning. Full attendance throughout the training period is required.
• This recruitment intake is focused on Melbourne-based candidates who can actively participate in office-based learning, coaching and team collaboration opportunities.
• The role will remain hybrid through out your journey with the options to work from home or in the Melbourne Office.
